Doggies and puppies and 50 years of life!

Birgir's b-day party was cool! Everyone really enjoyed themselves (some more than others!), the food was great, the music was nice... the parents were lovely hosts :) It was cool! I'm glad I didn't miss it.

The puppies' eyes are all open now and they are soooo cute! The proud father went to an international pedigree show today. A Finnish judge handled all the Schnausers. She gave all the Icelandic schnausers the boot! Apparently, they are not good enough, so Tínó, the Icelandic champion with 2 points towards an international champion, was just plain ugly and she didn't even acknowlege his championship! HRMFPH! Well, fine! See if we care! Apparently, she has her own breeding kennel for miniature schnausers, and she feels her breeding standards are the right ones. Oh well. We know Tínó is The Man! :D

Ok, off to pack for California!
